Mileage Limits One of the reasons people rent instead of buying a car is to have a new car every year and not be bound to a long-term commitment with the vehicle. The trade-off for the taker is that the car group limits the number of miles that can be driven each year, usually between 12,000 and 15,000 miles. The reason for these restrictions is to assure the automotive group that at the end of the lease, there is still some value that allows them to sell the car in the used car market and earn some money. It is a good strategy not to let the dealer know that you intend to pay for the vehicle until you have determined that cost. And if your merchant tells you that you can`t negotiate the EIS if you plan to do so, you don`t believe it. Cape costs, like almost all other characters in the leasing process, are always negotiable. To rent a car, you just have to pay a small down payment – less than the 20% of the typical value of a car you would pay for the purchase – followed by monthly payments for the duration of the rental contract. When the life expires, return the car. Leases specify that you must return the car to the end of the rental with no more “normal” wear. Most contracts do a good job of spelling out exactly what “normal” means. Basically, this means that you have to take reasonable care of the car and keep it repaired and maintained. Leases do not tell you the rate of financing (monetary factor) you pay. However, it is necessary to tell you all of the financing costs (usually called “rents and rental fees”), but not the rate that leads to these fees.
Drivers who prefer to rent rather than buy tend to do so for some important reasons. First, they receive a newer vehicle, which remains under warranty for the duration of the rental and therefore rarely requires more than routine maintenance. Most car rental contracts require you to remain immune from insurance: assault or death: 100,000 USD per person / 300,000 USD per incident, liability for property damage: 50,000 USD, solidarity and collision for the actual value with no more than 500 USD deductible.
